To be friendly with others. 教学重点 1.Whats your favorite...? My favorite...is... 2.What do you like? I really like... 3.Im a member of... 教学难点 How to use the present tense of to be . How to use the third person correctly to answer questions. How to make the students talk fluently. 教学方法 (1)Five steps. (2)Task-based learning approach. 教学过程 教学步骤 教学内容与双边活动 意图 Step 1 Warm up 1.Make students do a free talk such as to introduce themselves. 2.Play a game to revise most of the vocabulary and phrases for this unit. 3.Quickly run over the present tense of to be. (Do some exercises.) Make the students excited and have more interest to study. Revise the main themes of the unit. Step 2 Presentation 1.Have students choose the right answer to fill in the blanks. Then ask several questions about this part. 2.Competing: Boys and girls ask and answer. 3.Ask them to act it out. Help them to revise the main sentences again. Step 3 Pair Work. First, give them one example. Let them do it like this one by one. After a while change partners to practice the dialogue. Ask several pairs to act out the dialogue and ask others to remember the information to fill in the chart at the top. Train their listening, speaking and practice the key points by acting out the dialogue. Step 4 Group Work After finishing the charts, ask students to answer them fluently. In the NOTES part, students should choose at least TWO of their classmates and write a passage about them. Train their writing abilities. Step 5 Drill Test students memory. Tell students to close their books and notebooks. Ask each student ONE question about their partners, and see if they answer correctly. Train their memory and use the third person correctly. St
