Unit 4 We love animals 一、教学内容：Unit 4 We love animals A部分第二课时 二、教学内容分析： Unit4 we love animals Part A?Let’s?learn部分主要是5个动物名称cat, dog, bear, duck和pig的表达。以及会描述一只小动物It’s?a?+动物名称。教材在let’s?talk部分活动中做了铺垫，教师在教学过程中要注意反复利用以前所学的句型进行操练，让学生通过复习旧语言的活动感知新的语言点，减轻教与学的难度。 三、教学目标与要求： 1.能够听、说、认读本课时主要生词cat, dog, bear, duck和pig。 2.能够听、说、认读本课时主要句型：It’s?a?+动物名称。 3.能够听懂歌谣，并按照节奏念出该歌谣。 四、教学重难点： 1. 句型It’s a duck (dog/ pig / bear/ cat…) 2. 本课时需要重点掌握有关动物名称的表达：pig, cat, dog, bear, duck和pig特别是dog和pig的发音。吟唱歌谣也是一个难点。 五、课前准备： 教师准备本课时的PPT课件及有关动物的图片。 六、教学过程： Step 1: 热身/复习（Warm-up/ Revision） 1．Greetings(师生问好)? 2．Let’s?sing:?Old MacDonald After singing, ask: What animals do you see on the farm? Lead Ss to use “I see…”to answer the question. Step 2: 新课呈现（Presentation） 1.Guessing game. Show the hand shadows of,, bear, cat , duck , dog to the class. Ask students to guess what they are. 2.新词呈现 1)Show the word “pig” and the sentence “It’s a pig” to the class. Read them again and again. Then pay attention to the letter “I”, ask Ss to pronounce the sound of it. Then show the words with the same sound of “i” 2) Teach the other words “bear ,cat, duck, dog,” in the same way.? 3.Play the tape for Let’s learn, ask Ss to listen, point and say. Step 3: 趣味操练（Practice） 1. Game: Who is the best? Ask students to read the words individually, and try to find who is loudly and correctly. 2. Let’s chant 1) Show a fat cat, say, Look at the cat. It is fat.(用肢体语言让学生理解fat的意思。)Ss follow it . 2) Show a big pig, say, Look at the pig. It is big.
