Teaching procedures Step 1: warming up Lead in I will play a game named “ wolf, wolf, what time is it?” to review the expression of time. Step 2: Pre-listening Free talk: Students can guess and talk about what can you do at 6:15/7:00? Step 3: While-listening 1) Students can listen to the tape and answer two questions: Q1: How many times are there in this material? Q2: What are they? 2) Students can listen again and answer 3 questions: Q1: What should I do at 6:15? Q2: What should I do at 7:30? Q3: What should I do at 8:00? 3) I will play the tape for the third time. Students should read after the tape. Step 4: Post-listening Students can make their own mind-map to describe their mornings or days. Step 5: Summary and homework I lead them to summarize what they have learned in this class. Homework: interview your parents ‘what can you do in your morning?’ . 5. Blackboard design My day 6:15→6:30→7:30→ 8:00→ 9:00
