Human society is gradually maturing into a network economy. E-commerce as a product of information technology for business operations in a new way provides a new trading patterns for human society. The successful e-commerce needs to integrate the information flow, capital flow, business flow and logistics. In these four flows, logistics is the most special one and the prominent role of e-commerce increasingly. Logistics not only can promote the healthy development of e-commerce, but also can reduce distribution costs and improve efficiency of delivery for e-commerce companies.
