摘 要 近年来，随着经济的发展，我国的城市化水平加快和人民生活 水 平的 提高 ，汽车的 数量不断 增加 。但与此 同 时，汽 车 停车 场地 的 增 长却 不能 与之同步 ，汽车泊 位与 汽车数量 严 重比例 失 调， 由此 带 来 停车 难， 违章停车 ，停车管 理困 难等一系 列 问题。 由 此， 自动 化 立 体车 库便 应运而生 了。 本篇论文论述了我在做大学本科工学学士毕业设计期间所从事 的设计课题——自动化立体停车设备的设计过程。 目 前社 会上有很 多成 熟技 术的 停车设备 比 如： 升降横移 类； 垂 直 循环 类； 水平循环 类；平面 移动 类；巷道 堆 垛类； 垂 直升 降类 ； 简易升降类。通过对这些车库类型特点的比较与分析，我最终选择 了 巷道 堆垛 类作为设 计的车库 类型 。 论文以研究工作的进展顺序为序，分章、节逐一论述了课题的 来源，目的及意义，设计过程，在设计中遇到的问题与难点及其解 决 方法 与措 施。在设 计过程部 分， 详细论述 了 设备总 体 结构 设计 、 横 移传 动系 统设计、 运输传动 系统 设计、存 取 车结构 设 计、 控制 系 统设计和安全防护设计 。 关键词 立体停车设备 结构设计 控制系统 PLC 安全性 I ABSTRACT In recent years, along with the economical development, our country urbanized level sped up with the lives of the people level enhancement, the automobile quantity unceasingly increases. But at the same time, the automobile parking location growth actually cannot with it synchronization, the automobile berth and automobile quantity serious imbalance, from this brings stops difficultly, violates regulations to stop, stop control difficulty and so on a series of questions. From this, the automated three-dimensional garage has then arisen at the historic moment .
