However, with the development of economy and social progress, the original economic management mode of development has increasingly exposed shortcomings. It has been unable to meet the current requirements of the enterprise management, and even will hinder to the whole development of the national economy. And the family enterprises which plays a leading role in the private economy, will become the focus of the reform. Through further investigation, solving reasonably the problem of property ownership and management, we summarize the transformation of family enterprise managementmode, so as to improve the family business operation.
