PAGE 1 砂石生产各工种安全操作规程 Safety Operation Specification of Crushing Plant 1、破碎机械 Crushing machinery 1.1一般要求 General Requirements 1.1.1破碎机必须安装在坚固的基础上。并应经常检查稳固情况，基础各部连接螺栓必须拧紧，不得松动。 The crusher must be installed on the hard base. Frequent examinations should be taken to ensure its fixation. The bolts connecting the basic parts must be screwed down and not loosened. 1.1.2破碎机不允许带负荷起动。每次开机前都要检查破碎腔，清除残存的块石或其他物体，确认无误才能开机。 The crusher doesn’t permit to start with load. Inspect the crusher cavity and clean up the remaining rock and other objects, then start the crusher. 1.1.3破碎机加料必须均匀。进料时不准夹带有斗牙、履带板及其他金属物件，以防损坏机器。 Rocks must be added into the crusher well-Proportionedly. Don’t carry any other mental objects to prevent damage to the machine. 1.1.4破碎机腔内的衬板或轧臼壁必须牢固可靠。发现有松动或残缺等情况，要立即采取措施紧固或更新。 Scale boards and of the feeding opening must be steady and reliable. Once loosened or deformed, immediate measures should be taken to fasten or replace. 1.1.5破碎机的润滑站、液压站、操作室要配备“四氯化碳”灭火器。运转工必须熟悉其性能和使用方法。 The Lubricate Station, Hydraulic Pressure Station and Operation Station should be equipped with Tetrachloride-Carbon fire extinguisher. Operator must be familiar with its capability and operation. 1.1.6 应经常检查偏心轴、飞轮及调整装置是否正常。 Regularly check up the eccentric gear, flywheel and adjustment device. 1.1.7碎石机必须装有防护罩和隔音、隔尘设施。块石必须浸水或洒水进行破碎。 Crusher must equip shield, sound and dust insulation. Big rocks should be wet before being crushed. 1.2颚式破碎机 Jaw Crusher 1.2.1开车前工作人员应检查破碎机腔内有无木头或其它杂物， 检查各处部件是否良好可靠，检查各处螺栓的紧固情况。 Before starting the machine, the operator should ensure the crusher-cavity keeping empty, every part in good order, and the bolts well screwed. 1.2.2 检查润滑油的加注情况。 Check up the lubricating oil filling complexion. 1.2.3开机后应在无负荷情况下空转2分钟，若发现有异常的情况时，应立即停机，经查明原因消除异常情况后，方可再启动。 Keep no-load running two minutes after starting the crusher. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately, find out the reason, remove the trouble and then restart the machine. 1.2.4当破碎机正常运转后，方可开始投料，投料要均匀，在
