XA2320B Low Noise, Regulated Charge Pump DC/DC Converter Features Description Fixed 3.3V ± 4% Output The XA2320B is a low noise, constant frequency (1.2MHz) switched capacitor voltage VIN Range: 1.8V to 5V doubler.
