PAGE 摘 要 21世纪是信息传播日益国际化的时代，随着人类社会的发展，科学技术的进步,信息技术不断渗透到各个行业和领域。可以说互联网改变了人们的生产生活方式，从传统的技术创新转变到业务流程的信息化管理。针对大、中、小各类不同企业的管理软件逐步流行，高速差异化顾客需求导致竞争环境的产生，不同的企业会有不同的需求，但是又都希望可以通过提高自身的人事竞争力来维持生存并且促进进一步发展。在以人为本观念的作下，人事管理系统在企业中的作用逐渐突出。 本设计完成的751D.PARK设计室员工管理系统是一款利用MyEclipse开发工具设计开发的人事管理系统。此系统是为了实现信息管理的网络化和电子化，提高信息保存的安全性和快捷性，取代以往复杂的人工管理的工作，提高了工作室的办公的效率，方便了工作室的管理。本系统可以对员工信息、 档案信息、考勤信息、奖惩信息、待遇信息、部门和职位信息等进行增加、删除、更新、查询。 文中主要介绍了系统的基本功能和系统结构基本情况，内容包括系统需求分析、系统功能模块描述、数据库设计、系统测试等，同时还对开发环境MySQL数据库、Java技术的使用进行简单的介绍，并列举了一些系统截图以说明该系统应用程序设计的实现过程，并简单介绍了每个功能模块实现的基本方法和运行过程。在最后对自己完成毕业设计过程进行了总结。 关键词：人事管理 Java JSP B/S 全套设计加扣 3346389411或3012250582ABSTRACT The 21st century is the era of information dissemination increasingly international, with the development of human society, the progress of science and technology.
