摘要 管理信息系统（ManagementInformationSystems简称MIS）是60年代在欧美新兴起来的计算机应用学科。目前，由于开发高质量MIS的能力大大落后计算机硬件日新月异的进展，但竞争激烈的社会对MIS发展和完善需求在不断地增加,MIS现在已经深入到我国的各行各业。 本软件的前台设计由VisualBasic实现。利用SQLServer2000用户界面工具进行数据库的创建和管理。本系统界面设计大方、简洁、实用、操作简单方便，是一款完全适合普通小区物业日常事务管理的软件。软件设计综合了具有一定代表性的多家物业管理公司的业务模式和需求。实现了小区信息数据库的创建及各种费用的收取、统计、汇总，实现房产、客户等小区的智能化管理，提高物业管理的效率。 关键词：小区物业；物业管理系统；VisualBasic；SQLServer2000； ABSTRACT MIS(ManagementInformationSystems)is60agesinEuropeandAmericanewlyarisencomputerapplicationscience.Now,developingabilityofthehighquantityMISconsumedlyfallbehindthecomputerhardware’sthecontinuouschanges,buttheneedtoimproveMISconstantlyincreasebecauseofthesocietycompetition,andtheMISisalreadydeepnowintoourcountryseverytrade. TheforegroundofthesoftwareiscarriedoutbyVisualBasic6.0.UsingtheSQLServer2000customerinterfacetooltocreateandmanagethedatabase.Thisinterfaceofthesystemisgenerous,practical,withsimpleoperationalmethod,anditisalsoasoftwarecompletesuitingthecommoncommunitypropertybusinessmanagement.Itsynthesizestherequirementandbusinessmodeofthemanypropertymanagementcompanyindesigningpresess.Itrealizedtheestablishmentoftheinformationdatabaseofthedistrictandcollecting,staatistics,gatheringofdifferentexpenses.Itcanrealizethemanagementofhouseproperty,customerinasmallareaofinhabitancy.Andincreasetheeffciencyofthepropertymanagement.
