Hence the fire control system is made according to the actual situation of our hotel’s transformer room and distribution room. 变电房和配电房是酒店的心脏，火灾危险性较大及影响面广, 结合变 、配电房实际情况,特制定防火制度确保酒店的安全用电。 POLICY 政策 Duty staff in the transformer room and distribution room must have passed the professional examinations and bear the electrician license. 变、配电房的值班人员必须经过专业考试合格后 ，取得高低两种电工证方可上岗 。 PROCEDURE AND RESONSIBILITIES 程序 1. A safe and reliable operation regulation and a consummate shift relief system should be established for the transformer room and the distribution room. 变、配电房必须制定安全可靠的操作规程和完善的交接班制度。 2. The on-duty staff should have a clear understanding of the equipment performance, operation procedure and instructions. 值班人员必须熟悉掌握设备性能 ，操作方法和注意的事项等。 3. Smoking, irrelative objects and food are not allowed in the transformer room and the distribution room. 变、配电房内严禁吸烟 ，禁止存放任何杂物 ，禁止将任何食品带入室内 。 4. Take practical and reliable methods to prevent animals from entering the rooms and rain from pouring into the cable trench, especially during rainy seasons. 采用切实可靠的办法 ，防止小动物进入室内 ，尤其是雨季要经常检查，防止雨水灌入电缆沟内 。 5. Keep the areas indoor and around the equipment clean, and keep all passages and exits unblocked, clean and repair the equipment regularly. 要经常保持室内和设备周围环境清洁，并保持所有通道出口无堵塞现象,要定期对所有的电器设备进行清扫和检修保养 。 6 .Test all the equipment and protectors on a regular basis, keep them complete, correct, sensible and effective. 要经常不断地测试所有的电器设备的各种安全保护装置，要保持完整、准 确、灵敏、有效 7 .Install emergency lights in both transformer room and distrib
