大连理工大学毕业设计（论文）格式规范 - PAGE II - - PAGE I - 摘 要 随着我国现代化的进程不断加快，城市居民生活水平不断提高，随之而来的是房屋的翻新和重建，但建筑层数的不断增高，使得供水所需压力不断提高，若建筑设计时对压力判断不足，会导致供水时无法供应到高楼层，给人们的正常生活带来极大的不便利。 本文在充分了解恒压供水发展由来，国内外变频器发展历史及研究现状，以及国内常用的几款控制器的基础上，确定了以单片机与变频器结合的方式实现恒压供水，其中主控制部分的控制核心单片机选用AT89S52型单片机，其内部具有PID自整定程序可对检测回来的压力信号进行自动调整；在此基础上并对外接模块进行设计和芯片选择：压力转换模块其选用TLC549作为核心芯片、输出模块选用TLC5620芯片、驱动模块采用ULN2803芯片、键盘显示模块采用ZLG7290B芯片、存储模块采用X5045芯片、通讯模块采用MAX232芯片。 本次设计的恒压供水控制器将选用单片机与变频器相互结合的方式，由于单片机本身的特性，因此具有价格便宜，编程方便的特点。加之变频控制器本身具有的节能、实时调节、延长寿命的优点，使得本次的设计更加具有现实意义。 关键词：单片机；恒压供水系统；PID控制；变频调速 - PAGE IV - Constant pressure water supply controller design based on single chip microcomputer Abstract With the accelerating the process of modernization in our country and city residents living standards improve, followed by the renovation and reconstruction of the building, but the increasing construction layer, make the water pressure increasing, when building design judgment to pressure is insufficient, can lead to water supply when unable to supply to the upper floor, to peoples normal life brings great convenience.
