张晓璐作 本科毕业论文（设计） (题目：基于单片机的 RFID 读卡器设计) 张晓璐作 基于单片机的 RFID 读卡器设计 摘 要 射频识别技术是近几年发展起来的前沿科技,兴起于二十世纪九十年代，是 一种非接触式的自动识别技术。它利用射频信号通过空间耦合的方式实现无直接 接触的信息传递以达到识别的目的。 基于单片机控制芯片 STC89C52 和射频芯片 MF RC500 的射频读写器是 RFID 应用系统的重要模块之一，该读卡器设计选用的是工作频率为 13.56MHZ 的射频系统。本文首先从课题的研究背景、意义及其发展前景开始介绍；然后描 述了 RFID 系统的分类、组成、基本原理及各芯片的选择；最后重点阐述了射频 读写器硬件和软件设计。硬件部分设计主要包括以下几大模块：MCU 控制模块、 射频模块、天线电路模块、串口通信电路模块及显示电路模块等。软件设计主要 包括系统的工作方式说明及主要功能函数说明等。系统设计完成后经过调试，基 本能完成设计的要求。 关键词：射频识别技术；读写器；MF RC500 ; STC89C52 I 张晓璐作 RFID reader design based on single chip Abstract Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a cutting-edge science and technology project that is developed in recent years. .In addition, it is an emergence of antenna in the 1990s. The technology of automatic Identification , which is used with the coupling of radio magnetic field to realize contactless communication so as to identify the items . The radio frequency card reader serves as one of the major devices of the radio frequency application system .The paper intends to introduce the design of the radio frequency card reader based on STC89C52 MCU and MF RC500 radio frequency station chip and its remodulationwith the carrier of 13.56MHZ . Firstly, it makes a brief introduction of the background significance and prospects for the development of RFID system. And the classification of the RFID system, the choice of the basic principle and the chips will be made. Finally , the author focuses on the RFID reader hardware and software design . The part concerning hardware design includes the MCU control module design , the RFID modular design , the system antenna circuit design , serial communication circuit design and LCD display circuit design . What’s more, the description of system works and main function are included in Software design. After the completion of the system design , its basic design features will be revealed in the results.
