钢结构住宅发展历程及其结构体系 高等钢结构论文 摘要 钢结构建筑是一种新型的节能环保的建筑体系，被誉为 21世纪的“绿色建 筑”。在高层建筑、大型工厂、大跨度空间结构、交通能源工程、住宅建筑中更 能发挥钢结构的自身优势，钢结构具有较强的抗震能力。因此钢结构的应用与 良好发展已成国际上的大势所趋。 随着我国钢产量的上升,经济的发展,新技术的开发,发展钢结构的时机已经 成熟。钢结构住宅具有自重轻,抗震性好,施工工期短,环境污染小等优势,根据 我国住宅产业的现状和物质条件,钢结构住宅必将成为住宅结构体系的主流。 本文研究的主要内容和结论: 1)钢结构住宅在国内外的发展历史分析 2)研究了钢结构住宅的结构体系组成、各自的优缺点和适用情况。 关键词:钢结构;住宅;结构体系;发展历史 高等钢结构论文 ABSTRACT Steel construction is a new type of energy saving building system, Known as the 21st century, Green Building.
