毕业论文范文模板 综合心理干预对CICU 学龄期患儿负性情绪及疼痛的影响 【摘要】目的:探讨心理干预对学龄期的先天性心脏病患儿负性情绪及疼痛的影响。方法: 随机选取2015 年4 月-2016 年8 月就诊于我院/我科CICU 的学龄期先天性心脏病患儿 100 例,其中50 例设为观察组,50 例为对照组,对照组常规护理,观察组在此基础上综合 心理干预,包括健康宣教,听音乐,心理护理,放松训练,动画片观看,患儿与家长书信交 流等。结果:观察组患儿的负性情绪明显低于对照组,而且对医护人员的信任度也高于对 照组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05 )。结论:综合心理干预在缓解CICU 学龄期患儿 负性情绪上有很大的作用,能让学龄期患儿正确认识疾病并信任医护人员。不仅提高了护 理治疗的效果,同时也减少了医疗矛盾发生的可能,具有推广的意义。 【关键词】综合心理干预;CICU ;学龄期;负性情绪及疼痛 【Abstract 】Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention for school-age children with congenital heart diseaseon the negative emotion and pain. Methods We selected 100 cases school-age children with congenital heart disease from April 2015 to August 2016 in CICU, of which50 cases were intervened group and 50 cases were control group.Controls were given routine nursing care, while intervened group were treated with the comprehensive psychological intervention,including health education, listening to music,psychological nursing, relaxation training,watching cartoons,communicating with parents through letters, etc. Results Negative sentiment in intervened group was significantly lower than in control group, and satisfaction to medical staffs is higher than those of the control group.The above differences were significant (P0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive mental intervention may alleviate school- age children with negative emotion, which let the school-age children recognize the diseaseand trust medical staffs.This strategy will improve the treatment effect and reduce the medical conflicts. 【Keyword 】 Comprehensive psychological intervention; CICU; School-age; Negative emotion and pain; Influence. 随着医学的发展,心理干预对于人体健康的影响受到越来越多的关注,而综合心理干 预对术后康复的影响也逐渐到重视。先天性心脏病的患儿因病情危重、术后身上的引流管 较多,术后需直接进入CICU 监护[1]。学龄期的患儿由于手术,离开父母去适应一个陌生 的环境,加上疾病和伤口的疼痛,会出现种种负性情绪,引起医疗恐惧,从而影响治疗和 护理工作的展开,甚至会引起病情的恶化[2]。并且国内外的研究表明,儿童对于医疗操作 [3-4] 是最为恐惧的 。因此,探讨给予心脏术后学龄期患
