转叶式舵机液压系统毕业论文 转叶式舵机液压系统毕业论文 M/T “GAGARMAYANG”舵机液压系统及随动控制系统分析 [摘要] 本文主要介绍 M/T “GAGARMAYANG”转叶式舵机的转舵机构及液压系统原理， 并对随动控制系统进行了分析。对舵杆和转子机构的液压安装步骤进行讲述。通过与往 复式舵机的结构及液压系统的比较，总结出M/T “GAGARMAYANG”转叶式舵机的特点。针 对M/T “GAGARMAYANG”舵机使用过程中所发生的故障现象，本文简要分析其故障原因。 归纳总结出舵机维护保养中的基本要求，力图能够为轮机员工作提供较好参考。 [关键词] 转叶式舵机；液压系统；随动控制系统；液压联接 I 转叶式舵机液压系统毕业论文 M / T GAGARMAYANG Steering Gear Hydraulic System and Servo Control System Analysis [Abstract] This paper describes basic construction and hydraulic system principle of the votary vane steering gear in M/T“GAGARMAYANG” training ship, and particularly analyzes the system of follow-up control. Mounting procedure of hydraulic coupling between rudder actuator and rudderstock are showed clearly. Compared with construction and hydraulic system of the reciprocating steering gear, there are a lot of characteristic in the rotary vane steering gear. And based on the phenomenon of the trouble in the steering gear, the paper makes a brief analysis. Basic recommendations are included in the maintenance process of the steering gear. The aim of this paper is to provide a be er reference for engineer office in work course.
