Methods: the prescriptions of outpatient and emergency department of Jinzhou Peoples Hospital from 2016 to were collected and analyzed. Results: a total of 7171 prescriptions were collected from the outpatient and emergency department. Among them, there were only about 4541 prescriptions of antibiotics, and there were no antibiotics prescriptions of 2630. The overall qualified rate of prescription was 73.14% (the qualified rate of antibiotic prescription was 73.84%, and the rate of non antibiotic prescription was 71.94%).
