企业财务风险问题 摘 要：处在世界经济全球化的大背景下，我国的综合国力不断增强，我国的经济在突飞猛进的迅速发展。有发展就会有挑战，我国企业面临着方方面的风险，但有收益就会存在风险，收益与风险往往是成正比的，面对风险企业不能畏首畏尾，要勇于挑战，在风险中寻求生存和发展。本文对企业财务风险控制相关理论进行研究，分析了企业财务风险的概念、特征，对目前企业存在的财务风险及风险形成的原因进行全面深入分析，并针对当前企业财务风险控制存在的问题，提出了加强企业财务风险控制的具体措施。由于财务风险无处不在、时刻都可能发生，企业管理层要从整体的观念和战略的高度对企业的财务风险给予高度重视，将财务风险的控制活动贯穿企业的经营活动之中，制定适合企业发展的财务风险控制措施，建立系统的财务预警机制，对财务风险实时控制层层严防，保证企业持续健康稳定发展。 关键词：财务风险；内部控制；风险成因；监管机制 Abstract: in the background of economic globalization, Chinas comprehensive national strength strengthens unceasingly, the economy of our country is in the rapid development by leaps and bounds.
