汽车后视镜罩注塑模设计 摘要 模具工业是国民经济的基础工业，受到政府和企业界的高度重视。发达国家有 “ 具工业是进入富裕社会的原动力”之说，可见其重视的程度。当今，“模具就是产品质 量”，“模具就是经济效益”的观念，已被越来越多的人接受。 正是基于对中国模具发展趋势的认识和对中国模具业发展的信心，我选择了学习 具，选择了汽车后视镜罩注射模具设计做为我的毕业设计。 本设计首先根据给定的实物分析其结构合理性，然后进行测绘，完成实体图和二维 图。 其次， 据完成的实体图进行 具设计，在进行 具设计时， 据塑件的形状并结合手 册循序渐进的进行模具设计。这次模具设计是对以前所学知识的一次实践。由于我没有 实践经验所以很多东西都要依靠手册。包括数据的选取和工艺性的确定。模具设计包括 浇注系统、冷却系统及动、定个部分的结构的设计。在设计时要使用到AUTOCAD2004 和 Pro/ENGINEER，这些计算机辅助设计软件对于提高设计的速度和质量很有帮助，这也是 当今模具行业发展的选择。 在近三个月的设计中，为了更好地完成任务，期间还到工厂进行了实习，参观了塑 料模具的生产加工 程，这加强了我们的感性认识，更有利于我们完成模具设计。 关键词：注塑 ；模具设计；结构设计；Pro/E。 全套图纸，加 153893706 ABSTRACT The mold industry is the foundation industry of the national economy, receives highly takes from the government and the enterprise.
