摘要 茂鑫煤炭销售有限公司作为新成立的煤炭销售专营企业，为了能够在本地区竞 激烈的行业内生存发展壮大，其首要的问题是解决目前公司自身存在的一些问题，而 在这些存在的问题中，对设备管理中存在问题尤其需要提高重视，慎重解决。本文对 茂鑫煤炭销售有限公司所处的地区行业概况，公司生产经营概况以及设备管理现状进 行了叙述，之后对设备管理的相关定义和理论进行了简单介绍，在对茂鑫煤炭公司设 备管理现状进行具体分析之后，发现了在公司设备管理中存在的一些问题，并对其进 行了深入分析。通过对地区内同行业优势企业在相同问题中的成功经验借鉴，在研究 学习后借鉴到茂鑫煤炭公司的问题解决中来，提出了具体解决当前茂鑫煤炭公司设备 管理中存在问题的对策，并对茂鑫公司在进一步发展壮大提出一些意见和见解，在对 如何改善设备管理组织机构、健全设备管理体制、提高设备使用效率等问题的研究基 础上拿出了切实有效的办法。 关键词：煤炭销售；设备管理；设备维护；使用效率 Abstract Mao Xin coal limited is a new coal sales franchies enterprises .In order to survive and development in the intense competition,the first an foremost problem is to solov some of the problems in companies temslves.In these issues,management of the company should attach great importance to the problems in equipments managemeng.This paper describes the regional industry profiles of Mao Xin coal limited,the production and operation,and the status of equipment management,and the,the paper made a simple introduction of the definition and theory,after a detailed analysis to Mao Xin coal limitel,I found that there are some problems in equipments management.Draw on the successful experience,I put forward the feasible policy to solve the problems about the equipments management in Mao Xin coal sales limited.And make recommendations about company's development, Offering solutions about improve equipment management organizations. Sound equipment management system and improving efficiency in the use of equipments.
