The design drawings include molding equipment drawing, injection mold assembly drawing, molding process flow diagram, material cycle diagram, workshop layout, whole plant layout drawing. The instructions of include determining the specifications of production, the optimization of production formula, the proper molding Method and equipment for molding (injection molding machine, auxiliary units). Beside, I’ll calculate the heat quality and material in the process of the production, the reasonable layout of workshop and factory (water, plant, circuit) and the benefits of factory. Finally the design of the runner mold is hot runner, the coagulation material in which has been in a molten state, without the extrusion, the molding cycle will be shorten and the efficiency will be improved. At the same time, there is no need to recycle and process the coagulation material, and this method can improve the surface quality of the products.
