摘要 在市场经济逐步深化的进程中，如何有效地控制建筑工程造价，如何使造价良性地为经济服务，是工程造价管理的热点问题。结合实际发展需要，探讨了如何使工程造价管理适应经济发展。我国建设工程造价的改革正围绕“控制量、放开价、由企业自主报价、最终由市场形成价格”这个核心不断进展。目前，我国建筑工程预算造价的编制方法主要采用定额计价方法和清单计价方法两种，其无论从表达形式、方法和要求等方面都存在较大的区别，工程量清单计价已经成为我国建设工程计价的重点和方向，是现在和将来一段时期内对工程估计的主要依据，造价工作人员为了适应形势变化和改革的要求就必须改变传统的计价实践模式，必须熟练掌握工程计价的各种理论和技巧，熟悉在工程计价过程中所需各种资料和使用方法。 这次毕业设计··········预算造价的编制采用的正是这种清单计价模式，本次设计在清单组价方面我采用的是2009安徽省土建定额、2012年2月份淮南建材市场指导价、建筑施工图纸和相关的法律规定，并按照清单计量规则计算出清单消耗量，最后用新点智慧软件进行组价。 关键词：工程量清单计价，施工图预算，建筑概况 Abstract Deepens gradually in the market economy in advancement,How to control the architectural engineering construction cost effectively,How to cause the construction cost benignly to serve for the economy,Is the building cost of projects management hot topic.Did the union actual development need,how discuss has caused the building cost of projects management to adapt the economic development.As a result of social progress,people living srandards,quality of buildings rising,so the construction narket in China is consrantly improving the system.Which the reform of the construction project cost is around the “control volume,open price offer by the enterprises and ultimately the narket price”the continuous progress of the core.At present,the cost of the construction budget for the main method of valuation methods and the use of a fixed list of two types of valuation methods,and its expression in terms of forms,methods and requirements for larger areas such as the distinction exists,engineering bill of quantities has become Chinaˊs construction project pricing the focus and direction for some time now and in the future on the basis of project evaluation,the main cost of staff in order to adapt to the changing situation and the requirements of the reform must be to change the traditional practice of pricing model valuation must master a variety of engineering theory and techniques familiar with the course of the project required a variety of pricing information and use.
