内 容 摘 要 知识经济时代,知识已经超过了物质资本和金融资产,成为了企业持续竞争力的重要源泉,埋藏在员工脑海中的隐性知识,更是企业培养核心创造力与竞争力的不竭动力,是企业可持续发展的重要保证。 本文选取在建筑业界具有代表性的中铁四局作为研究对象,采用结构性深度访谈法,对中铁四局项目经理进行实地访谈,着重了解其项目中隐性知识学习的水平,以及在隐性知识学习管理过程中所存在的问题。 通过对项目经理的角色分析和访谈调研得到的数据分析,找出项目经理作为项目最高管理者在隐性知识学习过程中所存在的领导责任,针对上述问题,建立起一套适合于隐性知识学习的项目经理领导模式新模型,并对该模型的适用性和应用前景进行理论评估,以期实现对项目中隐性知识的有效开发和利用,为项目目标的实现和企业可持续发展提供强有力的保障。 关键词:隐性知识 项目经理 领导模式 知识管理 中铁四局 Abstract In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge has already become the most important power for the enterprise keeping core competitive, surpassing the material capital and the monetary assets. Burying in the staff’s mind, the invisible knowledge, is the core creativity and the competitive power which are exhaustless, and the important guarantee to the enterprise sustainable development. This article chooses China Railway Construction Administration four to study, which is the representative Enterprise in the construction field. And it will use the constitutive depth interview method, carrying an interview to the project manager of Administration four, to know its hiding knowledge study level, as well as the hiding management problem which exist in the knowledge learning process. Through the data analysis which obtains from the project managers and his role analysis from the interview investigation, the author discovers the project manager who has the project highest superintendent the leadership responsibility which exists in the stealth knowledge learning process. In the view of the above question, unifies the existing classical theory model, establishes a set to suit in stealth knowledge study project manager leads the pattern new model, and carries on the theoretical analysis to this models serviceability and the application prospect. Realizes by it to the project in hiding the knowledge effective development and the use, or provides the proper safeguard for project goals realization with the enterprise sustainable development.
