{仓库规范管理}基于单片 机的仓储温度测控系统的 设计 摘要 温度监测与控制是个生产工艺流程极为重要的环节，自古以来就受到人们的 关注，与人们的生活息息相关。近年来，随着社会的发展，人们对温度监控的精 度以及范围等有了更高层次的要求，无论是在工农业生产或科学研究方面，对温 度监控都尤为重要。因此对温度监控的研究设计十分必要。 本课题介绍了以 STC89C52 单片机为控制核心，DS18B20 作为传感器的集采集、 处理、显示、自动控制为一体的仓储温度测控系统。整个系统中，以 PC 作为上 位机监控模块，STC89C52 单片机作为下位机控制模块，上位机与下位机数据传输 与交流以串口通信的方式进行。本文采用智能温度传感器 DS18B20 进行温度的采 集与转换，其具有测温范围宽，精度高等优点，同时具有单总线接口，从而使得 电路设计更加简洁。STC89C52 单片机具有运算速度快，处理能力强等特点，使其 在温度测控系统中成为一个极为重要的组成部分，伴随着电子技术的发展，利用 单片机进行温度测控，将成为发展趋势。该系统同时设置温度显示模块与报警装 置，可人为地控制温度上、下限，可自动调节温度，使用户可以更好的对温度进 行控制。 关键词 ：单片机、DS18B20 、温度监控 Abstract Abstract Temperaturemonitoringandcontrolisaveryimportantpartoftheproductio nprocess,sinceancienttimesbypeopleconcernedwithpeopleslives.Inrecent years,withthedevelopmentofsociety,peopleontheaccuracyoftemperaturemon itoringandscopehavehigherlevelrequirements,bothinindustrialandagricul turalproduction,orscientificresearch,areparticularlyimportantfortempe raturemonitoring.Sothetemperaturemonitoringstudydesignisnecessary.
