农村初中英语教师信息化教学能力现状调查研究——以万州四所中学为例.pdfVIP

重庆三峡学院硕士学位论文 摘要 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020 年）》中指出信息化教育 发展要 “强化信息技术应用，提高教师应用信息技术水平，更新教学观念”。信 息技术与英语学科的整合和应用，主要在教师应用信息技术于课堂的能力。本研 究基于上述背景，调查和分析了重庆市万州区4 所农村初中英语教师信息化教学 能力的现状及其影响因素，旨在为提升农村英语教师信息化教学能力提供建议。 本研究主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法，以万州区四所农村学校 的初中英语教师为研究对象发放问卷，统计调查结果，分析了四所学校英语教师 信息化教学能力的现状及影响因素，提出相应的策略和建议。 第一，笔者通过文献研究法发现农村初中英语教师信息化教学能力分为“技 术素养”、“计划与准备”、“组织与管理”、“评估与诊断”、“学习与发展”五个维 度；第二，通过调查分析万州区农村初中英语教师信息化教学能力存在的主要问 题：（1）各维度均值在3左右上下浮动，说明教师信息化教学能力没有达到良好 水平；（2）其中，教师在学习与发展层面最差，均值为2.75; （3）不同年龄、学 历的教师信息化教学能力存在差异；第三，教师自身、学校环境、文化因素影响 农村初中英语教师信息化教学能力。基于上述发现，本研究提出万州区农村初中 英语教师信息化教学能力发展策略：（1）加强农村初中英语教师自身信息化教学 2 3 能力建设；（）完善农村初中英语教师信息化教学能力提升的外部环境；（）构 建城乡英语教师信息化学习共同体。 关键词：农村初中 英语教师 信息化教学能力 教师专业发展 I Abstract Abstract The National Medium and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development points out that education development of information should“strengthen the application of information technology, improve the level of teachers applying information technology, and update the teaching concept.”The integration of information technology and English is mainly about the ability of teachers to apply information technology in the classroom. Based on the above background , this study comprehensively investigated and analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of information-based teaching ability of English teachers in four ruraljunior middle schools in Wanzhou District, Chongqing, in order to provide suggestion for improving the information-based teaching ability of rural Englishteachers.
