民办高职院校技能人才培养的现状与对策研究 —以A 民办高职院校为例 摘要:世界经济的快速发展和科学技术水平的进步背后，一个重要因素是教 育与现代大工业生产相结合。职业教育自产生之日起就与社会经济发展紧密相 连，它在开发人力资源、促进就业、满足多元化教育需求方面起着举足轻重的 作用，成为任何一个国家都不敢忽视的力量。职业教育最终目的是为国家社会 经济建设培养技能人才，而民办高职院校作为职业教育的新势力，担负起为社 会经济发展输送高质量的技能人才职责。然而，由于我国民办高职院校起步晚、 底子薄，在技能人才培养过程中还存在诸多问题，因而需要进行深入探究。 本文采用了文献分析法、问卷调查和访谈法进行探究。在了解民办高职院 校人才培养的相关理论与构成要素基础上，通过采用问卷和访谈法对 A 民办高 职院校技能人才培养现状进行调查。发现 A 民办高职院校技能人才培养存在以 下问题：第一，学校专业文化建设不足；第二，专业设置与职业教育特色兼容 性不强；第三，课程体系尚不完善；第四，学校实训基地建设尚不完善；第五， 师资队伍建设整体不足；第六，校企合作培养技能人才切合度不高。 本文探讨了民办高职院校技能人才培养中存在的不足，针对当前民办高职 院校技能人才培养存在的问题和原因，提出以下优化对策：第一，学校加快专 业文化建设；第二，适应产业发展，开展以集群的模式来设置课程；第三，深 化课程体系的改革；第四，加强学生实训基地建设；第五，加强民办高职教师 队伍建设；第六，建立校企合作人才培养。通过以上措施，以期为我国民办高 职院校人才培养提供优化对策。 关键词：民办高职院校；技能人才培养；对策 III Study on the current situation and countermeasures of the training of technical talents in private vocational colleges—taking A private vocational college as an example Abstract: behind the rapid development of the world economy and the progress of science and technology, an important factor is the combination of education and modern industrial production.
