摘要 本文以音乐电影众筹为研究内容，关注目前国内音乐电影市场空白，分析了 众筹在影视领域的特征及操作实际，阐述了众筹在音乐电影筹“智”、筹“资”、 筹“销”等方面的优势，结合众筹类型、平台选择、筹资额设定及回报收益等因 素，提出音乐电影众筹方案设计。最后分析众筹融资运用在音乐电影领域可能出 现的问题并提出建议，从而帮助音乐电影能够在未来影视市场中占领一席之地。 本文共分为五部分。首先，本文简单梳理了关于音乐电影的概念界定、发展 现状以及基本分类方式；其次阐述了互联网众筹的类型及特征，分析了不同种类 众筹的操作流程及优势，并结合目前国内影视发展现状，分析了众筹在影视行业 的优势及可操作性；再次，针对众筹在其他类型电影的应用实际，分析其在音乐 电影融资中的优势，根据众筹类型、平台选择以及回报收益等方面差异，提出音 乐电影众筹的方案设计构想；最后对音乐电影众筹可能产生的风险进行分析，并 提出未来发展展望，综合以上分析研究，对音乐电影众筹进行总结，以期对音乐 电影在未来电影市场中的发展提供帮助，解决一部分融资难题，为丰富未来电影 市场提供参考借鉴。 论文提出将互联网众筹作为解决音乐电影发展问题的构想，梳理音乐电影现 状及存在的问题，并尝试提出音乐电影众筹方案，对音乐电影的未来发展有实际 价值，能够解决目前音乐电影的发展困境，旨在利用互联网众筹提高音乐电影的 认知度和认可度，丰富电影市场类型，推动电影行业全面健康发展。 关键词：音乐电影，众筹，电影融资 i Abstract This article takes crowd-funding for music film as the research content. The article pays attention to domestic music films as market gaps in current film industry, analyzesthe characteristics andpractical solutionsof crowd-funding in themusic film field, and elaborates on the advantages of crowd-funding in raising factors such as intelligence, funding, and sales”.
