经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 供应商管理库存模式研究 摘 要 随着市场全球化的趋势，供应商管理库存作为国际上日趋普遍的供应链库存管理模式，对整个供应链的行程和发展都产生了重要的影响。VMI (Vendor Mangaged Invetory) 是一种以用户和供应商双方都获得最低成本为目的，在一个共同的协议下由供应商管理库存，并不断监督协议执行情况和修正协议内容，使库存管理得到持续地改进的合作性策略。这种库存管理策略打破了传统的各自为政的库存管理模式。体现了供应链的集成化管理思想，适应市场变化的要求，是一种新型的、有代表性的库存管理思想与模式。 本文首先阐述了VMI的基础理论，产生背景和意义。分析了供应商管理库存的主要实施形式，和应用模式。并详细介绍了其工作原理，对上下游企业产生的经济效益和价值。同时归纳了VMI的竞争优势和目前存在的局限性。由于库存管理已成为制约供应链绩效的重要环节，库存不仅意味着很高的资金占用，还往往直接影响其它职能的运作，本文还通过行业的案例，对企业采用供应商库存管理的模式后的效果进行分析，阐述VMI为企业带来的价值增值，提高供应链整体的竞争力，并达到为供需双方均带来收益的最终目的。 关键词：VMI实施模式；VMI应用模式；价值增值；VMI风险 Vmi research Abstract With the trend of the market globalization, vendor management inventory as international supply chain management is becoming popular inventory model, to the entire supply chain of stroke and development has exerted an important influence. Embodies the supply chain integrated management ideas, to adapt to the changing market requirements, it is a new, representative inventory management idea and mode. This paper expounds the basic theory of VMI, background and significance. Analyzes the main vendor management inventory of the implementation of the form, and application mode. And introduces the working principle of upstream and downstream enterprises produced economic benefits and value. Also summarizes the VMI competitive advantages and the existing limitations.
