I want to eat/ drink. 教学准备 Computer, the pictures or objects for teaching, Tape recorder and Magnetic tape 学生活动设计 The students can use these words to express the feeling about hunger and thirst and what they want to eat and drink.教 学 过 程 1. Lead in 1) Let the students watch the video (reference for courseware). 2) Let the students make a free talk about their breakfast or lunch. 2. Begin new lesson 1) Teacher shows the pictures or objects to the students to teach the words. e.g. 2) Use body languages to show the meaning of the words drink, eat. 3) Let the students watch the video (reference for eat and drink) to consolidate the knowledge. 4) Teacher organizes a game: One student use body language to show what she/ he doing. Others guess and say what she/ he doing. eg. Student one: Use body language to show: She is drinking water. Student two: She is drinking milk. Teacher repeats and asks student one: She is drinking milk. Yes or no? Student one: No. Student three: She is drinking water. Teacher repeats and asks student one: She is drinking water. Yes or no? Student one: Yes. 5) play the video part 1, part 2 (reference to video frequency resources) or tape recorder to teach the text. 6) Teacher uses these words to make dialogues. e.g. Teacher: Im hungry! I want to eat. Im thirsty! I want to drink. 7) Teacher organized the class into several groups. Tell the students to practice the dialogues in the text. 8) Let the students listen to the video of song (for
