高一英语阅读理解 (1) For the first 19 months of her life Helen Keller was able to see and hear. But then a sickness (疾 病)struck. She became completely blind and deaf. For the rest or her life she was never able to see or hear. And the sickness struck when she was a baby before she learned to talk. Her world was totally dark and silent.
