OBJECTIVE 目标
To establish clear guideli nes on employees gen eral ben efits of the hotel in order to provide good ben efits for all employees.
建立酒店员工基本福利的清晰指引,为所有员工提供良好的福利待遇。
POLICY 政策
Meals 就餐
All full-time employees of the hotel are en titled to the meal allowa nee ben efits duri ng the pre-ope ning stage of the hotel as the follow ing. This policy does not apply to the EXCOM members who already have eon diti ons men ti oned in their eon tract.
在酒店筹备开业期间,全职员工享受如下就餐补贴。管理委员会成员的补贴根据合同执行。

员工在外就餐时应取得正式发票,在每月一号报销上一个月的餐费。
When the staff can tee n is ready to provide staff meals, the meal allowa nee will
be can celled automatically. New policy of meal ben efit will be stipulated the n. 当酒店员工餐厅提供就餐时,此就餐补贴自行终止。新的就餐福利政策另行制定。
Laundry 洗衣
Supervisor, assista nt departme nt head, HOD and above are en titled to the lau ndry allowa nee ben efit.
主管,副经理,部门经理以上级别的员工享受洗衣补贴福利。
