The scope of this engagement includes both business units of company. The engagement will be structured on an as needed basis, as requested by you, to be determined over the period October 15, 1994 through August 31, 1995. The intent of our participation on this engagement is to educate company management and employees as to their respective roles required for ISO 9000 certification. This potentially includes working with employees to develop ISO 9000 quality system documentation and training employees on the requirements and expectations of a successful ISO 9000 certification. Please understand that if your needs or requirements change, or if new information needs to be incorporated as we work together, we will make every effort to accommodate the expectations of company. Given the engagement structure, our professional fees for this assignment will be $1,500 per day, plus actual, incurred out-of-pocket expenses including items such as: airfare, auto, hotel, etc. We will provide monthly billings to you that summarize the consulting days and expenses incurred for that period. Billings will be due within 30 days. As discussed, partner will serve as the engagement partner for these ISO 9000 consulting services and member will have responsibility for the delivery of our consulting services to you.
