第十三 讲 装配图(2) Assembly Drawing 装配图的画法(2) 由零件图拼画装配图 参考：P454-474 预习：装配图的读图P484-497 13.1 装配图的尺寸标注、零件编号和明细表 Dimensioning, part numbers and bill of material on assembly drawing 1. 性能（规格）尺寸 Characteristic dimensions 2. 装配尺寸(联接和配合尺寸）Assembly dimensions 表示部件的性能和规格的尺寸。Dimensions which define the principal specifications of the product. 零件之间的相互配合尺寸及影响其性能的重要相对位置尺寸。Dimensions which define the main sizes used in locating parts relative to each other 一、装配图的尺寸标注 Dimensioning 装配图 例如：柱塞直径?32。 例如：阀体和泵体的连接尺寸G 装配图 3. 安装尺寸Installation dimensions 4. 外形尺寸Overall dimensions 将部件安装到机座上或其他部件产品所需要的尺寸。Dimensions which define the accurate positioning of the product at sit or are required to join the product to other units or products. 部件在长、宽、高三个方向上的最大尺寸。Dimensions which indicate the overall length, width and height of a product. 例如：阀体的进、出口的管螺纹尺寸。 5. 其他重要尺寸 Other critical dimensions 设计过程中认为重要的关键性零件的某个尺寸。 Such as a size of a critical part that is considered important in the design process. 二、零件编号 Part number 1. 编号方法 ? ? 7 7 5 6 7 5 6 7 5 6 7 5 6 7 点黑点 画指引线 横线或圆 细实线 数字(比尺寸数字大一号) (6~8mm长) 一组螺纹紧固件或相关零件的编号形式 2. 相同零件只对其中一个编号, 其数量填在明细表内。Identical items need only be numbered once with the quantity in the bill of material. 3. 指引线不能相交, 在通过剖面线的区域时不能与剖面线平行。Leader lines should not intersect.
