经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 人民币汇率波动对我国房价影响的研究 摘　 要 近年来，随着2016年楼市的火爆，人们对我国房地产行业关注度也空前提升。2017年初我国房价虽然有所回落，然而我国房产类的话题仍旧被民众所津津乐道。一直以来人们对人民币升值带动房价上涨的观念也在人民币贬值，房价却依然节节攀升的这两年间被彻底打破。由此观之，人民币汇率与房价显然不成正比。但对比2014年前的人民币汇率和房价走势图又不难发现，人民币升值时，房价也确实是上涨的，这也说明人民币汇率与房价也不成反比。那么人民币汇率与我国房地产市场究竟有何关系呢？在我国未来人民币贬值的大环境预期下，人民币汇率究竟是如大众预期般地平稳回落还是不降反升呢？房价又会在人民币贬值预期的大环境下何去何从呢？本文将会对人民币汇率波动对我国房价影响进入深入的探讨。 关键词： 人民币汇率，供需，央行调控政策 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 Research on the influence of the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate on real estate industry in China ABSTRACT Recently,with the rise of the housing price,more and more people begin to focus on the real estate product market.Though the housing price depreciated during 2017,Chinese people are still interest in the topic of real estate product market. It proves that the conception of housing prise being proportion to RMB exchange rate is incorrect.However,by the research of housing price and RMB exchange rate before 2014,we can jump into conclusion that housing price is also inverse proportion to RMB exchange rate.How will the RMB exchange rate and housing price go in the future.This article will discuss the relationship between RMB exchange rate and housing price.
