黄河三角洲湿地生态补偿研究 黄河三角洲湿地生态补偿研究 摘要 黄河三角洲是鸟禽在西伯利亚和澳大利亚之间长途迁徙中的能量补充天堂，越来越受到各方重视的一块生态湿地，保护和可持续地利用黄河三角洲湿地资源对于促进本地区经济发展有着十分重要的作用。生态补偿是有效保护生态环境的一个重要途径，建立黄河三角洲湿地的生态服务补偿机制，对于充分利用黄河三角洲湿地资源和改善现状具有十分重要的作用，本文首先叙述了湿地生态补偿的理论基础，根据黄河三角洲湿地生态系统的特点与生态补偿现状，在相关文献调查与理论研究相结合的基础上，尝试构建黄河三角洲湿地生态补偿机制，内容包括黄河三角洲湿地现状、生态系统服务功能及其价值构成；黄河三角洲湿地生态系统服务价值的评价；黄河三角洲湿地生态补偿资金的来源与使用，最后对完善黄河三角洲湿地生态补偿制度的提出建议。 关键字：黄河三角洲湿地 生态补偿 生态系统服务 The Research of Yellow River Delta′s Eco—compensation Abstract The Yellow River Delta is the energy of the birds migrate long distances between Siberia and Australia supplement heaven, more and more attention by the parties to an ecological wetlands, conservation and sustainable use of wetland resources of the Yellow River Delta has a very important for the promotion of the economic development of the regionrole.
