PAGE PAGE 1 建筑项目进度管理与project应用 摘要 近年来,随着国民经济水平的快速发展,建筑行业在中国不断提高。建筑规模越来越大,对项目的要求也越来越严格,使建筑工程项目管理越来越复杂。建设项目管理的过程具有复杂性、可分散性、流动性和一次性的特点,对管理人员的管理水平也提出了很高的要求。工程项目管理主要是质量、进度、成本控制。其中项目进度控制是建设工程项目成功实施的必要条件,也是项目管理的重点和难点。目标可以顺利实现,不仅体现了施工项目管理水平,在经济效益也具有很大的影响。因此，对建设项目进度优化管理的研究,为企业的发展,工业水平的提高和国家经济提高经济效益都具有重要意义。本文论述了项目管理进度的基本理论,特征、内容的相关理论和分析方法。通过项目管理办公室软件Office Project 2007对项目进行优化管理，项目管理软件能为项目提供广泛支持，而且一般是自动的。本文结合一个工程实例，分析了影响项目进度的因素,找出合理的优化施工进度措施，利用Office Project 2007从几个方面对该工程项目进度进行合理优化。 关键词:项目管理；工程进度；Office Project 2007 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy level, constantly improve the construction industry in China. Construction scale is bigger and bigger, to the project requirements also more and more strict, make the construction engineering project management is more and more complex.
