真实型领导对员工工作倦怠的影响研究 ——员工心理资本的中介作用.docVIP

经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 目前，中国的经济出现了新的环境，在机遇与挑战并存的环境中，企业面临着更大的生存和竞争压力。在这样的日益变化压力渐增的环境中，公司的很多员工会更容易产生焦虑、挫折等消极情绪，而消极情绪更容易出现导致员工的职业倦怠问题的频发。职业倦怠问题不仅会危害到员工的身心健康发展，而且也会因此影响到工作投入，最终影响企业的绩效和效益。因此对于企业来说，要设法去预防和缓解企业员工的职业倦怠。本文从真实型领导和职业倦怠的关系出发，再加上心理资本这个因素进行中介效应的检验，探讨员工心理资本是否会对它们二者的关系造成影响，从而为有效的预防和很好的减少员工职业倦怠水平提供重要参考。 本文通过回顾有关真实型领导和员工职业倦怠的实证研究，发现心理资本在其作用过程中起着重要作用。笔者通过发放调查问卷，通过员工自我报告的方式收集数据。本文使用统计分析软件对数据进行了相关分析，回归分析以及人口统计学变量差异分析，并对假设进行了检验。结果表明：真实型领导与员工职业倦怠存在明显的负相关关系；真实型领导与员工心理资本存在明显的正相关关系；员工心理资本与员工职业倦怠存在明显的负相关关系：员工心理资本在真实型领导与员工职业倦怠的关系中起中介作用。 关键词：真实型领导；职业倦怠；心理资本 Abstract At present, Chinas economy has a new environment, in the environment of opportunities and challenges, enterprises are facing greater pressure of survival and competition. In such an increasingly changing environment, many employees of the company will be more prone to anxiety, frustration and other negative emotions, and negative emotions are more likely to lead to frequent job burnout problems. Job burnout is not only harmful to the physical and mental health of employees, but also will affect the work input, and ultimately affect the performance and efficiency of enterprises.
