经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 缅甸政治变革对中缅能源合作的影响 摘要 因缅甸独特的地理位置，其对中国的资源战略价值也是十分重要的。首先，缅甸对中国的能源战略具有重要支撑作用。中缅能源的合作不仅拓宽了中国的能源运输渠道，而且大大提升了能源运输渠道的安全系数。其次，缅甸是中国制定和实施印度洋战略的基点。中国对外贸易的战略通道主要依赖印度洋地区，缅甸对中国走向印度洋具有巨大的推动价值。中缅能源关系的友好发展对中国意义重大。2011年吴登盛竞选总统上位以后，缅甸国内的政治环境严峻，导致中缅能源合作项目遭到重创，同时也对中国边境的安全和稳定造成了冲击。本文拟从吴登盛政府时期的政治变革背景进行概括，主要分析其对中缅能源合作的影响，并针对改善和发展中缅能源合作的友好关系提出可实施性的策略。 关键词：缅甸；中国；能源合作；政治变革 Abstract Due to Myanmars unique geographical location, its strategic value to Chinas resources is also very important. First of all, Myanmar plays an important supporting role in Chinas energy strategy. China-Myanmar energy cooperation not only broadened Chinas energy transportation channels, but also greatly increased the safety factor of energy transportation channels. Second, Myanmar is the starting point for China’s implementation of the Indian Ocean strategy. The strategic channel of China’s foreign trade relied mainly on the Indian Ocean region, and Myanmar had a tremendous driving value toward China’s move towards the Indian Ocean. The friendly development of Sino-Myanmar energy relations is of great significance to China. After Wu Dengsheng was elected as president in 2011, Myanmar’s domestic political environment was severe, resulting in a major damage to Sino-Myanmar energy cooperation projects, and also impacting the security and stability of China’s borders. This article intends to provide an overview of the background of the political transformation during the period of the Wu Dengsheng government. It will mainly analyze its impact on Sino-Myanmar energy cooperation and put forward an implementable strategy for improving and developing friendly relations between China and Myanmar.
