经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 中国利用外资的现状问题与对策 摘 要 吸收和利用外资对于许多国家，尤其是发展中国家进行国内的经济建设具有重要作用，是国家国际化和参与经济活动的重要手段之一。通过几十年的努力与突破，中国目前已经跻身于吸收和利用外资的世界经济大国之列。改革开放以来，吸收和利用外资对于复兴的中国无疑是绿洲。进入新世纪，经济全球化程度加深、国际社会和国内社会的竞争日益激烈，面对巨大的压力和挑战，中国更加要反思利用外资方面存在的问题，及时有效改进，以应对风云变幻的世界金融经济市场。本文通过回顾中国利用外资的发展历程、现状及特点，定性、定量分析中国利用外资存在的问题，并针对问题提出一些可行的对策和建议。 关键词：利用外资；现状；存在问题 ；对策  The Current Situation、Problems and Countermeasures of Utilization of Foreign Capital of China Abstract Absorption and utilization of foreign capital for many countries play an important role in the process of industrialization and modernization, especially for the developing countries and is one of the important means to realize the internationalization and participate in economic activities. After striving for several decades, China has made a breakthrough. Now, China is one of the strong economical countries in the absorption and utilization of foreign capital. That is no doubt that, since the reform and opening-up, absorption and utilization of foreign capital for the revival of China have been the oasis. Entering the new century, the deepening of economic globalization, international and domestic social competition is increasingly fierce. Faced with enormous pressure and challenges, China has to reflect the problems of using foreign capital in time and improving effectively, in response to the changeable financial and economic markets of the world. In this paper, by reviewing the development course、the present situation and characteristics of Chinas utilization of foreign capital, I will make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems existing in the utilization of foreign capital in China, and put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problem.
