The sentence pattern of this text. 四、教学工具 PPT word cards  recorder  tape 五、教学过程 I Warming up Listen to the song “London bridge is falling down. ” Ask the students sing the song and do the action. II Presentation Step 1 T: Wehave enjoy the song “ London bridge is falling down.” Do you know where is London bridge?(Ask the students.) Ss: It ’ s in London. Yes, It ’s in London. Do you know London? (show the map of England and show London to the students) Teach the new word city. T: Fin-fin-finger. Write it with your finger. Read it city ↗ city ↙. Play a game: Hide the word, ask the students to find it out. Practice the sentences. ( Step2 T:(show a picture of a ship) Look, What ’s this? Ss: It ’ s a ship. (Teach the new word ship.) T: Fin-fin-finger. Write it with your finger. Read it ship ↗ ship ↙. Ask the students read it by boys team and girls team. play a game ‘ who can find it? ” London is a big city. It ’s very big and very beautiful, Do you want to go to London? OK, Let ’s go to London by this ship. Go!! Step3 (Show the picture of Buckingham Palace) T : What’s this? Ss: Buckingham Palace.
