东北石油大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 近几年，我国 C2C 电子商务快速发展，在信息不对称问题越发严重的环境下 面临着更多的不确定性，由此引发了一系列信用问题，制约了 C2C 电子商务信用 体系的进一步完善。 因此，本文从 C2C 电子商务、信用评价及电子商务信用评价等相关基本理论 入手，重点围绕 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系存在的问题并针对问题提出对策进行 分析。首先论述 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系研究背景与研究意义、国内外研究现 状以及研究的思路；其次，阐述电子商务、 C2C 电子商务以及 C2C 电子商务信用 评价体系的基本概念；再次，对我国 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系现状进行分析， 发现其中存在哪些问题并进行原因分析；最后，根据 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系 所存在的问题提出相应的对策及建议，以达到推动其发展的目的。 关键词 ：C2C；电子商务；信用评价体系； I 东北石油大学本科生毕业设计（论文） Abstract In recent years, the rapid development of C2C e-commerce in China, the more serious problem of information asymmetry in the environment facing more uncertainty, which triggered a series of credit problems, restricted the C2C electronic commerce credit system is further improved. Therefore, this article from the C2C electronic commerce, starting with the credit evaluation and credit evaluation related to the basic theory, focuses on the existing system of electronic commerce credit evaluation C2C problems and countermeasures are analyzed.
