PAGE PAGE 8 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） ( 2007届 ) 题 目： 面向教师专业发展的虚拟 学习社区的设计与开发 学 院: 物理与电子信息学院 专　　业: 教 育 技 术 学 班　　级: 03教育技术本科 姓 名: 项 金 华 学 号: 指导老师: 郑 晓 丽 完成日期: 2007- 面向教师专业发展的虚拟学习社区的 设计与开发 【内容摘要】教育信息化是一个不可避免的潮流，随着教师专业发展的高速发展，必然会形成全球化的教师互助学习社区。以互联网为主要手段的学习社区正迎合知识经济带给人们的竞争压力，运用其强大的趣味性和交互性，突破时空限制，充分发挥教师学习的主动性。因此，网上虚拟学习社区(virtual learning community)的发展是一个必然的趋势。本文主要是通过调查温州地区中小学教师的教师专业发展现状，并进行需求分析，研究开发一个面向教师专业发展的虚拟学习社区平台，采用ASP技术和ACCESS数据库技术加以实现，本文分别从教师用户、专家和系统管理等三个层次进行架构，实现教师围绕具体的案例研习和项目学习，通过在线协作、在线反思，不断提高个体的高级认知水平和相应的问题解决技能，促进教师专业的可持续发展。 【关键词】教师专业发展； 虚拟学习社区； 基于项目的学习； 三层架构  Designing and developing of the Virtual Learning Community to Teacher’s Professional Development Abstract: Education informalization is an unavoidable tide .With the high-speed drive of teacher’s professional development， it is inevitable for a teacher’s global learning community. A learning community with the way of internet appeals for teachers as such a community is interesting, interactive, not restricted in time and space, and helpful to bring the best of teacher’s activities under the pressure of Knowledge Economy. Therefore, a virtual learning community is an unavoidable trend. This paper tries to develop a virtual learning community to teacher’s professional development with the technologies of ASP and ACCESS through the survey of the stereo status of teacher’s professional development in elementary and secondary schools in Wenzhou Region and the analysis of demands for the community. This paper builds the virtual learning community to teacher’s professional community (VLCOTPD) from the three levels of teacher users, experts and system administrators, realizes the project-based learning and case studying.
