当前我国利用外资中存在的问题及对策建议 摘 要 ：改革开放以来，我国利用外资呈不断扩大的趋势，外资来源日趋多元化，外 资产业投向往第三产业倾斜， 外商投资区域从东部转向中西部， 外商投资方式从合资向独资 转变， 而且外资并购趋势明显。 但当前我国利用外资中仍存在诸多的问题， 主要包括外资质 量不高，外资结构不合理，超国民待遇仍然存在， 利用外资影响到我国民族企业的发展。本 文通过分析我国利用外资中存在的问题， 得出结论： 为促进我国利用外资健康发展， 需要不 断提高我国外资质量， 积极调整优化外资结构， 逐步取消超国民待遇， 并采取措施保护我国 民族企业的发展。 关键词 ：利用外资；外资质量；外资结构；超国民待遇； 民族企业 The Problems and Countermeasures in the Utilization of Foreign Capital Recently Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, Chinas utilization of foreign capital is growing trend, source of foreign capital become more diverse, the direction of foreign industry tilts toward the tertiary industry, the area of the foreign investment turns from the eastern region to the Midwest, the way of foreign investment shifts from joint venture to single proprietorship, and trend of foreign capitals MA is obvious. But recently there are still many problems in the utilization of foreign investment in China, mainly including that the foreign quality is not high, foreign capital structure is unreasonable, super-national treatment still exist, and the utilization of foreign capital in China has effect on the development of the national enterprise. According to the problems in the utilization of foreign capital, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the healthy development of Chinas utilization of foreign capital. By analyzing the problems in the foreign, to conclude: to promote the healthy development of Chinas utilization of foreign capital, there is need to constantly improve the quality of foreign investment in China, actively adjust and optimize the structure of foreign investment, gradually cancel the
