1. “被”字句2 ‘Bèi’ Sentence 2
“被”字句中的动词必须是及物动词。该动词通常不是简单的单音节动词，若
要是使用单音节的简单动词，需在其后添加助词、补语甚至附加的宾语。
The verb in ‘Bèi’ sentence needs to be transitive. It is generally not a simple verb
( e.g. monosyllable verb ‘吃chī ’), but is followed by another element, such as
particle, complement, additional object, etc.
比如：
For example:
Yīn wèi tā chídào le, suǒyǐ tā bèi lǎoshī pīpíng le.
因为他迟到了，所以他被老师批评了。
He was criticized because he was late.
Bīngxiāng lǐ de píngguǒ bèi tā chī wán le.
冰箱里的苹果被她吃完了。
She ate up the apples in the fridge.
