摘 要 独立学院是我国高等教育事业新的增长点和重要组成部分,为我国民办高等 教育事业的发展做出了突出贡献。但受到高校扩招政策及经济新常态的影响，独 立学院起步晚、底子薄、品牌建设不足以及社会认可度不高，这让独立学院无论 是就业数量还是就业质量，都与普通公办本科有着较大的差距，面临着更加严峻 的就业挑战。十九大报告指出“要把高校毕业生就业创业摆在重要位置，多渠道 促进高校毕业生等青年群体就业创业，从而实现更高质量和更充分的就业，努力 让劳动者实现体面劳动、全面发展。”因此，研究并提高独立学院大学生就业质 量是十分有意义的。 本文通过文献分析，梳理出体面劳动、独立学院与大学生就业质量的概念以 及相互间的关系。基于体面劳动视角梳理出就业质量指标并综合专家访谈，运用 层次分析法构建出独立学院大学生就业质量评价指标体系，并编制就业质量评分 表。依据指标，编写并发布独立学院大学生就业质量调查问卷，对江苏省4 所独 立学院2016 届-2019 届毕业生进行就业质量调研，通过数据统计发现近几年江苏 省独立学院毕业生就业质量欠佳，依然存在着体面劳动赤字，包括就业赤字、权 利赤字、社会保护赤字与社会对话赤字的问题。然后通过问卷调查，运用因子分 析、多元回归分析方法对影响就业质量的因素做分析，得出外部因素、大学生硬 实力、软实力及个体特征四个因素显著影响独立学院大学生就业质量。最后从政 府、企业、高校、大学生四个层面，给出促进独立学院大学生体面就业的对策建 议：政府层面应当完善就业的法律法规及相关政策，规范就业市场，加强就业市 场服务；企业层面应当树立科学的用人观，深入推进校企合作；高校层面应当创 新人才培养机制，强化就业服务系统；大学生自身应当树立正确的择业观，提升 个人综合素质。 该论文有图20 幅，表35 个，参考文献95 篇。 关键词：体面劳动；独立学院；大学生就业质量 I Abstract The independent college is a new growth point and an important part of Chinas higher education, and it has made outstanding contributions to the development of our private higher education.
