高校学生干部素质教育培养三步法“思、学、为” 　　摘 要 高校学生干部担负着配合学校各方面力量教育和引导大学生，对校园文化建设起着重要作用。当代大学生思想活跃，兴趣爱好广泛，信息接收快，在新形势下，高校学生干部的素质教育建设任务艰巨，是一项系统工程。笔者提出要主抓思想教育，将其融入日常管理，培养学生干部主动思考的习惯加强意识形态教育引导，把握思想教育的针对性和实效性力抓实践创新，让学生“有所思”， 重抓“课程式”培训，让学生“有所学”，力抓实践创新，让学生“有所为”。高校学生干部素质教育培养三步法――“思、学、为”，力求让学生干部在教育的新形势下面对实际问题时，敢想、会学、能运用。 　　关键词 素质教育 学生干部 思想教育 实践学习 　　中图分类号：G647 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2015.06.091 　　College Student Leaders Quality Education Training Three-step Process： Thinking， learning and Behavior 　　MA Xi， GUO Zhihao 　　（Chongqing Jiaotong University， Chongqing 400074） 　　Abstract University student leaders charged with various forces with the schools to educate and guide students， for the construction of campus culture plays an important role.
