我国中小企业融资优化问题研究——以M客车公司为例 我国中小企业融资优化问题研究——以M客车公司为例 摘 要 中小企业在经济发展和管理创新等方面有着不可或缺的作用。根据有关的数据得到中小企业占国民经济水平80%以上，我国中小企业对近年来的经济发展做了非常大的贡献。中小企业很大程度上增加了进出口的数量，占据了我国经济产值大量的比重。然而，中国企业的融资成本仍然很高，这增加了企业融资在一定程度上的困难。优化对中小企业融资问题具有非常重要的现实意义。 M公司正处于新能源客车生产制造的上升阶段，但公司资金短缺，如果要解决M公司融资问题，那么必须对M公司现存在的融资问题进行研究分析，结合公司经营和财务状况，再根据公司自己的融资需求，提出优化方案。同时也希望为我国其他客车企业提供借鉴，能够帮助他们走出融资困境。本文以M公司股份有限公司为研究对象，从M公司融资的实际情况出发，结合融资理论，全面分析M公司融资困难背后的原因，将不同的融资方式进行优劣比较，最后对存在的问题提出对策。企业应采用最合理的资本结构来解决企业的生存和发展问题，扩大生产经营规模，获得经济效益。 关键词 内部融资/外部融资/资本结构/融资困境 Study on the Financing Optimization of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China: Taking Zhengzhou M Bus as an Example ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises play an indispensable role in economic development and development innovation.Aording to relevant data, smes aount for more than 80% of the national economy，Small and medium-sized enterprises in China have made great contributions to the economic development in recent years.To a large extent, the number of imports and exports has been increased.Has oupied our country economic output value massive proportion.However, the cost of financing for Chinese panies remains high, which adds to the difficulty of financing to some extent.Optimization is of great practical significance to the financing of smes. M pany is in the rising stage of new energy bus production and manufacturing.However, the pany is short of capital. If the financing problem of M pany is to be solved, the existing financing problems of M pany must be studied and analyzed.Combined with the pany＇s operation and financial situation, and then aording to the pany＇s own financing needs, put forward optimization plan.At the same time, it also hopes to provide reference for other bus enterprises in China and help them out of financing difficulties.This paper takes M pany co., ltd. as the research object, starting from the actual situation of M pany＇s financing and bining with the financing theory.This paper prehensively analyzes the causes of M pany＇s
