[ [ 键入文字 ] 前牙缺失修复前的正畸治疗分析 Analysis of Orthodontic treatment before anterior tooth loss repair 【摘要】 目的 评价各种原因导致前牙缺失患者正畸治疗后的修复效果。 方法 针对 25例患者，依据其缺牙的类型、数目和部位，制订出各自 适合的修复前正畸治疗方案，采用固定矫治器进行矫治，最后对每位患者正畸治疗后 修复的效果进行分析。 结果 25 例患者治疗结束后，牙列恢复完整，前牙整齐美观， 咬合功能正常，修复体自然舒适，疗效满意。 结论 形的前牙缺失既能为修复创造有利的条件，保护基牙健康，降低修复难度，又可使修 复体达到更加美观及良好口腔功能的要求，是一种治疗的好方法，应在临床广泛推广 使用。 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of orthodontic treatment for anterior teeth loss caused by various reasons. Methods Twenty-five patients with anterior teeth missing and malocclusion were treated with fixed appliance according to the type, number and location of the missing teeth. Finally, the effect of each patient after orthodontic treatment was analyzed.R esultsA fter the treatment, the dentition of 25 patients recovered completely, the anterior teeth were neat and beautiful, the occlusal function was normal, the restoration was natural and comfortable, and the curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Combined orthodontic and prosthetic treatment for missing anterior teeth with malocclusion can not only create favorable conditions for restoration, protect abutment health, reduce the difficulty of restoration, but also make the prosthesis achieve the requirements of more beautiful and good oral function. It is a good method of treatment and should be widely used in clinic. 【关键词】 前牙缺失 正畸 直丝弓矫治器 修复 【Key words】 Anterior tooth loss Malocclusion Orthodontics Straight wire appliance Repair 随着生活水平的提高，人们对美的追求也越来越高。大多数前牙缺失患者都会 去口腔修复科就诊。修复科医生一般需要以邻牙做为基牙进行修复治疗。但因牙齿 前牙缺失，因前牙 Bolton [1] ；上下前牙同时缺失可出现上下颌分布不均的散在间隙， 甚至出现后牙前移、 咬合错乱的情况，这些都给修复科医生带来了治疗上的困难。单纯性的修复治疗往 往很难达到患者对美观和舒适的要求。而通过修复前的正畸治疗却能为修复科医生 解决这些问题，给他们创造有利的修复条件，达到患者满意的结果 [2] ，国内外文献均 有报道。笔者 2016—2018 年采用正畸联合修复的方法治疗该类患者 25 例，均取得 了良好的效果。 资料与方法 1.1 资料 选自 2016—2018 年到我科就诊前牙缺失患者中 15 名进行修复前的正畸治 疗。其中女性 13 人，男性 12 人，年龄 18~42岁，缺牙时间均在 2 年以上，缺失数 目 1~4 颗。先天性缺牙 8 人，因外伤缺牙 14 人，前牙倒置阻生（上中切牙） 3 人。 单纯上前牙缺失 16 人，单纯下前牙缺失 5 人，上下前牙均缺失 4 人。全颌曲面断层 片显示前牙倒置阻生牙牙根发育不良，根尖均呈倒钩状。 1.2 方法 常规摄全颌曲面断层片、头颅定位
