摘要 摘要 依法治国已经成为我国新时期重要的治国理政方式，国家对于法治建设的重视程度也 越来越高。党的十八届四中全会指出，我国应当使致力于强化全民的法治观念，加强对于 国民的法治教育，并将其纳入到国民的教育体系中。全面依法治国作为 “四个全面”的内 容之一，其中特别重要的就是使得国民的法律意识得到进一步提升。在将我国建设成为富 强的现代化国家的过程中，中职学生起着非常重要的作用，想要使其具有的作用得到更好 地发挥，应当加强对其的法治教育，使其法律意识得到显著提升，使得国家的各项活动都 能够依法进行，切实做到 “依法治国”，实现 “四个全面”的战略布局。国家要求大力 发展职业教育，同样将加强中职学生法治教育、培养中职学生法律意识，作为中职教育的 重要任务和目标。如今，我国法治建设逐渐完善，中职学生的法律意识也提高了不少，但 仍有不少问题。本文在分析论证的过程中主要采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法等， 通过问卷调查收集到的数据探讨中职学生法律意识培养过程中存在的不足之处，然后从社 会、家庭、学校以及学生4个层面出发，对导致问题的原因进行分析。针对具体的问题以 及造成问题的原因，提出能够进一步提升中职学生的法律意识的具体建议。中职学生在社 会生活中的独立性不足，其在成长过程中深受家庭教育的影响，对其进行法律意识的培养 是中职院校对学生进行思想政治教育的一项极为重要的内容。总而言之，对中职学生的法 律意识进行培养，使其具有健全的法律意识是树立和强化法律权威性的关键措施，需要从 社会、学校、家庭和学生发挥主观能动性4个方面共同加强法律意识的培养。 关键词：中职学生 法律意识 培养 I Abstract Abstract The rule of law has become an important way of governing the country in the new period. The fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that China should devote itself to strengthening the concept of the rule of law among the wholepeople, strengthen the education of the rule of law among the people, and bring it into the education system of the people. As one of the contents of the four comprehensives, the comprehensive rule of law is particularly important to further enhance the legal awareness ofthepeople.Tobuild our country into a prosperous in the process of the modernization of the country, the secondary vocational students plays a very important role, want to get better has the role play, should strengthen the rule of law education, make its legal consciousness is significantly increased, the countrys activities can be in accordance with the law,to achieve the rule of law, implement the strategy of four layout.
