工程项目前期策划中的几个问题 重视前期策划工作安排 前期不必过多地考虑目标细节 争取高层的支持(Project Champion) 协调战略层和项目层的关系 项目要素的优化组合 问题、目标和项目的联系和区别 Project Champion An important role that can ultimately alter the fate of the project is that of the project champion. The champion is someone from outside the project team who has organizational clout and will work to ensure the project continues to get the priority and resources needed to do the job. The champion must firmly believe in the project and be willing to argue for its support, both at its start, and thereafter, as difficulties are encountered. Because the person in the champion role must have considerable formal power, she is usually in high-level management, which means she probably can’t devote much time to the project. Nonetheless, the champion must be readily accessible to the project manager and readily willing to rally support whenever the project manager requests help. 工程项目的前期策划 Concept Stage The life cycle of a project can be segmented into a logical series of phases or stages, each representative of the types or activities typically conducted during some period in the life of the system.
